About

NUYU LLC was founded by Vy. I’m a licensed Oregon cosmetic tattoo artist, licensed esthetician, and registered dental hygienist dedicated to helping you discover a new you.

Through precise permanent makeup — eyebrow tattoos, lip blushing, and eyeliner — and professional teeth whitening, I create natural-looking results that enhance your features and simplify your daily routine.

My goal is simple: to help you look and feel your best every day. Contact me for a consultation!
